Resources

The page contains a variety of resources that I have accumulated as I have worked to better mentor and coach individuals on their path to agile success. You may notice that many of these resources have little or nothing to do with agile methods or process, that is because the idea is to grow the leadership principles and skills needed to lead agile teams by understanding the people that make up the teams. These resources are about taking agile to the next level from just running agile projects to creating environments that will allow you to build and lead successful agile teams.
